Hannah hails from Kenya and came to America after winning a green card lottery. She came to the College of Marin with few financial resources, hoping to obtain an education that was unavailable to her in her native country. She will graduate with a nursing degree. “There were times when I thought I couldn’t do it and I attribute all my success as a student to the Foundation.
