In memory of longtime faculty member Gordon Chan, this scholarship is awarded to a student showing unusual promise and commitment to the life sciences.

Outstanding Student of Earth Science

This scholarship is awarded to a student who shows excellence in the mastery of geology in theory and in practice, ability, desire and motivation to complete a bachelor degree program. The recipient is selected by the geology faculty.
